This movie was a huge dissapointment. not in regard 2 ol Indy's age mind you, but the horrible story and crummy action scenes I mean c'mon He suvives an atomic bomb by hiding a fridge? wow if it were that simple then i guess we don't have ne thing 2 fear of an atomic war as long as we can hide next to yesterday's leftovers. an if that wer'nt bad enough Shia magically "Swings" with a bunch of jungle monkeys while keeping up with 2 speeding cars? i'm sorry if these r spoilers but c'mon after hearing that, think twice i'd expect that from a bugs bunny movie not from one of the greatist action movie franchises ever.

I hold all three of the originals in high regard, and am not so critical/harsh on "Temple of Doom." I mean I liked it. I thought it was a decent story and not a total rehash of "Raiders" and with the darker tone, the movie wasn't necessarily worse or better, but just as good in it's own way. And come to think of it, the mine cart chase is one of my favorite scenes in that movie, but Mola-Ram is a favored villain over Spalko & Donovan, whom weren't as entertaining or weird as Mola-Ram was. Plus, he's the only lead villain in the series that Jones plays a LARGE role in knocking off, and it happens consecutively with the end of the movie, instead of going off to complete the adventure, just like '30s Serials would be. But #4 was just as good. Many similarities with #2, and I think they have more in common, like #1 & #3 have a bunch in common as well.

Just watched it. It is so sweet!!! not a let down unless u have plans on it being another raiders which it is not. It is unique like temple of doom or even better the last crusade.

This movie is gonna reflect the '50s "B" movie culture, just like the original 3 reflected '30s matinee serials, so fans should be pleased with this movie. Plus, it's Spielberg directing and Lucas & Koepp writing. All 3 of them have done great stuff on their own, so together again will be even better!!!!!

i love the indiana jones movies. they'ar one of my favorites. i just hope they keep the same Indi atmosphere or it will just be like all the other movies. im still going to see it though. i cant wait! a little more than a month left!
