Brittany Snow will play the lead in the horror, Prom Night for Screen Gems.

Nelson McCormick is directing the Stephen Susco (The Grudge) screenplay, adds Variety.

No production schedule has been set; Prom Night is scheduled for an October 31, 2008 release.
