"We Lost contact... With who?"
A middle school science teacher (Mark Wahlberg), his estranged wife (Zooey Deschanel), best friend (John Leguizamo) and his daughter Jess (Ashlyn Sanchez) fight to stay alive as a powerful and strange event happening and creates a global chaos.
It's easily the most violent screenplay that the director Night Shyamalan has written so far
but In the terms of suspense, tension, scary and gore scenes it's just not happening the way Night Shyamalan said in his interview! :-( it's more funny than scary sometimes!
But the opening scenes are pretty intense and there's also a good ecological message on this film, the visual effects are pretty good too
That's what I liked about this movie
for the rest unfortunately the story doesn't go anywhere something is missing in the screenplay! suddenly the movie loose his rhythm and seems unfinished...
it's too bad because the idea was great!
But it still is an entertaining movie to watch on the big screen!

Thanks for bringing down the quality and integrity of reviews here on this site. And i'm here to share MOVIE information and decide whether or not I would like to view different MOVIES based off of reviews and articles. And how can I bash your opinion if you really didn't even tell me what your opinion was.
Let me make this easy for you, you shouldn't write reviews, professionally or otherwise.
